Beach Pointe Townhome 601 is in the heart of Scenic 98. The first floor houses the guest bedroom and bath, and the stairs lead to the second floor with the living room, kitchen, and dining areas along with a bedroom and bathroom. The second set of stairs leads up to the third floor with the lovely primary bedroom. This home has ample sleeping for up to 11 guests. Offering sightlines to the outdoors from all areas, you’ll easily gravitate outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of counter and cabinet space for prepping and serving meals. A large bar has room for five, and the living and dining areas have plenty of seating for more guests. With a peek-a-boo gulf view, you’ll only be steps away from the water, as well as right next to the pool.

This townhouse is close to everything. We did not have to drive at all to go out to dinner. Kenny D’s, Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s and Crab Trap all on the beach walk. Beach service was excellent. They even helped us with the umbrellas that were provided by the townhouse. We also enjoyed the propane grill and the patio right next to the pool. The balconies over looked the pool as well. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, baking dishes and all. Small complex. Beach toys in the garage with several beach chairs and umbrellas. Fun area!

We LOVE everything about this condo! We love it so much that this is our second time staying here. It’s such a clean, beautifully decorated home. There’s plenty of room for everyone with a bedroom and bathroom on every floor. The location is perfect! Right beside the pool and across the street from the beach. Restaurants are in walking distance. The owners have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon to use along with bodyboards. This is by far our favorite beach house.

It was very close to the beach loved the fact that it was right next door to the pool. The house was big and opened for everyone to interact with one another but private enough when it was time to sleep.

Fun fun area! We loved riding the cruiser bikes down the board walk for lattes every morning or coffee at whale’s Tail to watch the dolphins from their beach front deck. Our teenagers enjoyed the social scene on the beach in front of Pompano Joe’s. We loved walking just two minutes to Kenny D’s and Captain Dave’s restaurants with live music! The townhouse had every single thing we could possibly need and it was super clean! The beds were Hyatt/Marriott Quality- even the adult size bunk beds. We used the grill a lot and we enjoyed our balcony right next to the pool. Watched the kids from the balconies and patio with drink in hand. The beach gate to paradise is only a two minute stroll. Umbrellas, Chairs wagon beach toys are in the garage and umbrella service is on the beach if preferred. We saved a lot of money by setting up ourselves on most days. We will definitely return to this unit- Beach Pointe 601!

Everything about this condo and it’s location is perfect! It’s a beautiful home, super clean, and in the perfect location. Definitely recommend! We LOVED it!

We loved how it looked! But the beds are very uncomfortable they aren’t as soft as they looked. Next was the parking, it will be a problem if you have a big family it’s not the right house for parking because you can only park 2 cars, and you can’t park on the street. Lastly, the area is too crowded. For example, when you try to go somewhere there is traffic/too busy that includes the beach as well.

The only thing that could’ve made this place perfect would be if it was directly on the beach. This place was immaculate and had everything we needed!!!!! Right next door to the pool, clean, smelled good, & there was more than enough space for our family of 9. Even the kids really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!!!

We loved our stay at 601 Beach Pointe. Had 5 kids with us and still had plenty of room to spread out. Having the pool right next door was super fun for kids and we could watch them while enjoying a cocktail on the balcony! Perfect! The beach was just a short walk away so it was easy to go back and forth throughout the day. Overall…..everyone had a great time and it was easy on us as parents! Will be back!

Our family of 8 TOTALLY loved the accommodations and how comfortable and clean it was while being a whopping 2 minutes from the beach. We will be back next year for sure and our kids said they want this to be our new annual family tradition. Done!
