Many Beach toys and chairs available to share. Kitchen is well equipped. New owners plan to update a few things, which will be an added bonus!

Great condo!
We were a party of five, my husband and myself, my 16 yo son and his friend, and my mom. The condo was awesome. With the two dens, the boys enjoyed watching TV on their side and Mom watched TV on the other side. The sofas were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The beds were also comfortable. We loved getting up before sunrise and sitting on the balcony with our coffee (there is a Keurig and regular coffee maker), then going for walk once sun came up. One of our days there was super windy, and we enjoyed sitting inside with the sliding glass door partially open so we could hear the waves. The balcony and view – just fantastic! (There are actually two balconies – the boys hung out on one and we the other). Condo is very close to the elevators/stairs, easy walk right onto beach. The boys used the beach chairs/umbrella for an hour or so one day. Otherwise, we really didn’t take advantage of the 4 chairs/2 umbrellas available to us – not warm enough! We had never been to the FL gulf coast, but I felt like the condo was centrally located to places we wanted to go. Condos are directly across from outlet mall – all the name brands. Also, we walked along the beach to the Surf Hut for dinner one night – food was great. We drove to Seaside one day – took about 20-25 minutes. Crazy crowded since spring break week, but we did enjoy walking in the shops. If you go, I highly recommend Bud & Alley’s Rooftop Bar for a meal! We had lunch and drinks there, overlooking the ocean. I didn’t want to leave! Boys enjoyed The Track (racetrack, mini golf, arcade, etc) – very reasonable prices. We also ate at Pompano Jack’s (food and drinks were decent, not fantastic for the 1.25 hour wait), got carryout pizza one night from Buffalo Jack’s (pizzas were awesome – we had Bora Bora, California Veggie, and BBQ chicken), and had lunch at Fat Clemenza’s (Italian, was good) Washer/dryer in bunk bed room worked great. Condo came with paper products and cleaning/laundry supplies to get started (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, etc). We would definitely stay here again. Perfect place for us to spread out, would be great for two families. Thank you, Vangie, for all your great food recommendations and for explaining where things were located (extra beach chairs, etc)!! We really loved staying at your condo!
