The oversized NEWLY FURNISHED Lanai/ balcony, fronting three rooms is known to have “the best view in the complex”. Enjoy your coffee with AMAZING lanai 🌺SUNRISES over the OCEAN from this 3rd floor condo lanai. ( Bellhop for a fee $$ upon request. Please request 2 weeks before your stay) To the left you will see the massive mountain range Leading to the Ocean view as shown.
Kauai Grand Hyatt is right next door with several excellent dining options! Sushi, Macadamia Crusted Mahi, Ocean View Breakfast Buffet. Mai Tais. Espresso and Latte shop. This community includes a popular paved Walking Path connecting Shopwreck Beach, fronting the Hyatt, to Poipu Beach, fronting Brenneke’s Beach Broiler and Poipu Beach Park. Excellent Snorkeling & Turtle sightings here with lifeguards and Hawaiian 🌺SHAVE ICE served. Poipu Beach is Known for turtle sightings and Snorkeling! The condo includes 5 Beach Chairs and Umbrella for your use on island. 6 Beach Towels provided. 2 large Cooler Bags. Full size Washer and Dryer. From the condo, Walk through the Lush grounds of the Poipu Kai neighborhood directly to Poipu Beach for amazing, colorful 🌺SNORKELING and lunch at Brennecke’s Beach Broiler. Walk down the beach just a little further and you will find yourself in a spot on the beach in front of the Sheraton where they will gladly serve you a cocktail or lunch right where you are seated on the 🌺BEACH — enjoy Hyatt and Sheraton dining while paying much better CONDO rates and using the fully stocked kitchen for your convenience. We have you covered- spices in the kitchen, Full SIZE 🌺NEUTROGENA Shower GEL and Name brand Shampoo and conditioner is stocked in condo showers from Costco. YOU DO NOT need to pack it. Save on weight.
Grab your backpack to fill with lunch because you will only be a very short, SCENIC 40 minute drive to World Class Hiking at KOKEE LODGE and STATE PARK as well as the rainforest and the waterfalls in Waimea Canyon, the “Grand Canyon of Hawaii”! You can also enjoy a downhill scenic 🚴 bike tour from the canyon with ocean views that are beyond the imagination. The OWNER of this condo, your host, is an 🌺ASTA TRAVEL AGENT who will guide you with travel tips and tour info. She is also happy to book tours for you upon request at no additional charge. Just pay her for the listed cost of the tour itself.
We give you the comforts of home with nice full size shampoo, conditioner and Neutrogena Body Wash to use during your stay. We also provide a full size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent. This helps a lot when packing. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine as well as traditional coffee maker. We provide a starter kit of coffee, brown sugar. We keep the cabinet stocked with spices for you to save money when cooking. We have non stick skillets for making a full breakfast before you head out the door for all the adventure Kauai has to offer! (Don’t waste daylight waiting in a restaurant for a $25 breakfast per plate.) This island has amazing photo ops and experiences! The condo comes with two sturdy boogie boards and plenty of nice Beach Towels. 4 Full-size Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs ( plus 2 low chairs) to take with you to ALL the various beaches. Kauai has more sand beaches than any other Hawaiian Island! You’ll see a huge assortment of colorful fish when snorkeling at the life guarded beaches. If there is no life guard that is a signal to sit with your camera ready for wave watching and be on the look out for turtles and whales to photograph.
